On August 23 The employees of the Bank presented key features of the products and services in the client dedicated workshop in Astana, Kazakhstan.
About 100 people attended the training in total.
The training was held by Tolganai Botatkanova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Heartland Bank.
She introduced the Bank’s new team and provided an insight about completed projects and future plans.

After that Igor Zhizdyukov, FHB Process Manager, demonstrated the operation of Internet Banking System. Then Anar Zhakupova, Currency Control Expert, presented slide-set. Both speakers covered the topic in details and answered all the questions from attendees.
