Nurlan Mukayev

     Nurlan Mukayev has extensive experience in the public and private sectors.

    At various times, Mr. Mukayev held the position of Attaché at the International Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of the Legal Department at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Head of the Sector of the Presidential Administration.

     He also worked as Deputy Director of the branch office of Temirbank JSC in Astana, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Astana Finance Loan Company JSC, Director of the regulatory and legal work of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund JSC, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the board of National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Managing Director - Chief Compliance Controller at First Heartland Bank JSC.

Andrey Rozanov

Andrey Rozanov is a UK citizen. Currently, he is an independent director on the board of the National Investment Corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

Prior to that, he worked as Managing Director at Permal Group and State Street Global Markets in London, advising central banks and sovereign wealth funds on constructing and managing long-horizon investment portfolios.

Daulet Kabylbayev

Mr Kabylbayev has over 9 years of experience in the banking sector. He held senior positions at Alliance Bank JSC and Nurbank JSC.

In addition to working in banks, Mr Kabylbayev for 4 years headed the department at the State Center for Pension Payment of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development.

Mr Kabylbayev currently works for First Heartland Capital JSC, First Heartland Securities JSC and for Tsesna Bank JSC as a member of the Board of Directors and Independent Director.

Tolganay Botakanova

Over the last 20 years she held senior positions in government agencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan such as Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry Finance (2008-2016), Head of the Tax Department in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan (1998-2006).

Prior to joining the governmental agencies, she worked as a banker in the private sector.

Galiya Makhanova

More than 20 years of experience in the banking sector in core operations such as treasury, payments, custody, trade finance. She possesses in-depth expertise in accounting of financial instruments and execution of banking transactions.

Galiya Makhanova has experience in process optimizations and was responsible for major integration of operational back-office systems in one of the biggest banks in Kazakhstan (KKB).
 

Alma Mustafayeva

Alma has 20 years of experience in banking sector. Currently, she is a leader of Finance team responsible for statutory and regulatory reporting, planning, budgeting and MI reporting, ALCO management and supporting documentation.

Prior to FHB she took a leadership positions at RBS and Halyk Bank (the largest local bank).
